looking at the diagram the ECU controls the trigger side of the coil thru circuit J623 pin connectors #60

you need to do a continuity test on the trigger wire T60 down to the coil end, if all 4 "T60" circuit terminals continuity are good and you are sure the cam sensor and wiring including the reluctor are good, then that leaves only the ECU engine control module

Ok well i am going to try and help you, i am here and will stay on line for you until you dismiss me. Have you scanned for codes? How about the data for cam and crank readings

Also you did check for spark at each coil and there was no spark at either of the coils correct

P2294/08852 - Fuel Pressure Regulator 2 Control Circuit

1. Inspect the wiring and connector into the Low Fuel Pressure Sensor G410, Fuel Pressure Sensor G247, Fuel Metering Valve N290. Check for any signs of damage, moisture, corrosion, etc. at the components.

2. Check the operation of the fuel pressure sensors by comparing the actual fuel pressure at the sensor to the scan tool reading of the sensor. Special tools are required to be able to perform this function.

3. Check the operation of the low side fuel pressure system. Check the in tank pump for good volume and flow. Check to see how much pressure the pump can generate when power and ground are manually applied to the pump. Inspect the fuel filter for restrictions.

4. Check the metering valve operation on the high pressure fuel pump. Make sure the solenoid is not an open circuit and verify proper internal resistance. Typically most pump control solenoids fall between 1.5 and 2.0 ohms.

5. Verify power and pulsed ground supply to the solenoid. Once the code sets, the Engine Control Module (ECM) may no longer ground the solenoid when the car goes into limp. Clear the codes before monitoring the ground control circuit.

Tech Tips:The repair literature will use N276 and N290 interchangeably for the fuel metering valve that is located on the high pressure fuel pump

No sir you just hit me with that one i will have to go review wiring Have you inspected all battery connections at boxes you know how there bad about that board by the battery but you say ;the power wire is good correct

ok 30 is supply wire to component 86 is trigger for relay so no ground on 85

Have you tried grounding 85 and starting car and checking

If you were to put everything back to normal and scan for codes what do you get

But the car will not start and we know we have spark It sounds like we may have a defective ecm because if there were a problem in this circuitry codes would be set and perhaps that is cause of the relay not being energfized. Have you pulled back carpet the floor board is not full of water is it

what type scanner are you using is it just obd2

there is a tcm i guess it is under passenger floorboard and you know the way they are made they can have 4 inches of water you wouldnt know it, just easy to check. Because your problem is possibly a bad ecm but you grounded or bypassed the relay and it still does not start.Does it have low fuel pressure i mean the supply side from tank? I beleive it has a filter to. Now is when you have to roll your sleeves up i would carefully scroll all the data, look for anything out of place then maybe go back basic checks spark compression fuel pull a plug By looking at all the data hopefully you will see something askew

if im in doubt i have took ecm apart and removed board and smelled it and looked at with magnifying glass

That was smart, i will add that i like to load test those that is were a power probe hook comes in handy a old school headlight will work though. well lets look at this the ecm diagnosis itself in areas like that. Why do we have no codes

allow me a few minutes i got some research going wish me luck

1. For a gasoline engine to run it needs 4 things:

Spark
Air
Fuel
Compression

2. Spark

A. Check the spark output of all cylinders. Each cylinder should be able to produce a 25-35 kv (1/2 inch) gap with a clean clear blue spark.

3. Air

A. Verify that there are no false air/vacuum leaks.

B. It is recommended to smoke the intake system directly after the Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor to check for intake system leaks. If possible, take shop air with an external regulator and drop the pressure down to 5-7 PSI and pressurize the intake while smoke testing.

C. Make sure that there are no air obstructions into the engine.

4. Fuel

A. Verify fuel delivery to the engine while cranking.

B. Verify the fuel pressure while cranking the engine. Use the appropriate repair manual to verify specifications.

5. Compression

A. Verify compression across all cylinders. If one cylinder is lower than the others, perform a cylinder leakdown test. Use the appropriate repair manual to verify specifications.

6. Check Engine Control Module (ECM) data stream. Ensure the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is reading correctly.

my information tells me this unit has a fuel filter i bet its never been changed because you have to remove front bumper and put it into service position to get to it

have you checked and made sure that it has not jumped time

I am going with either timing the filter or fuel pressure you can check all those off the list farely easy. Do you agree

I know the first paragraph i sent is mundane and you know it better than how to walk but to me it helps sometimes to stop slow down and go back to basics. Let us assume our computer is working correctly, then timing or fuel pressure or most likely candidates any back ground info on this did it just quit suddenly or had it been running poorly, do you see any work recently done
