Hello my name is ***** ***** welcome to just answers! I will be assisting you with all of your vehicle questions today. Give me one moment while I review your question and come back with a answer. Please be aware I do not know your skill level or abilities so I will be asking a lot of questions and in a lot of cases we will respond to each other quite a lot before we find a solution. As far as phone calls are concerned that is the system prompting you, not me, and they do cost more money, I prefer text but in some cases a phone call is required. If I don’t answer right away or quickly in conversation I am helping another customer or have stepped out for a moment and will respond as soon as I can. Ok lets get started!

ok so you may have a fuse panel issue, have you checked for actual power at the fuses in each circuit to make sure your getting voltage on each one

Ask Your Own VW Question
Customer reply replied 10 months ago
I've check the fuses, they're good but no power in 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 also 1 2 and 3
VW Mechanic: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 10 months ago

I would check the main fuse panel for anything blown there and if nothing is blown there you will have to pull each panel and inspect the connectors for burnt or bad connections,

Ask Your Own VW Question
Customer reply replied 10 months ago
When I replaced the new switch the radio stop working. Inginion switch.
VW Mechanic: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 10 months ago

something is blown causing the 2nd panel not to receive power, I would think when you put the switch in it blew a main fuse, have you checked the underhood fuse panel for power on all fuses and to also see if they are blown

Ask Your Own VW Question
Customer reply replied 10 months ago
You suggest I need a new panel?
Customer reply replied 10 months ago
All fuses underhood are good I check them first.
VW Mechanic: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 10 months ago

I dont know without doing some diagnistics, so there is a load reduction relay in a 13 relay panel on drivers side I would check power and ground on that and make sure relay is ok, im looking now for other possible issues

Ask Your Own VW Question
Customer reply replied 10 months ago
I've already replace that relay.
VW Mechanic: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 10 months ago

you want to verfiy power if your dont have power and ground replacing dosent help

Ask Your Own VW Question
Customer reply replied 10 months ago
That's the problem. No power. Why?
VW Mechanic: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 10 months ago

something is burnt or broken you need to pull the panels and inspect the rear connectors to see where the problem is

Ask Your Own VW Question
VW Mechanic: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 10 months ago

fuse 176, 110 amp supplies the 2nd panel with power, I would suspect you have a problem between that and 2nd panel

Ask Your Own VW Question
Customer reply replied 10 months ago
Ok.where is fuse 176?
Customer reply replied 10 months ago
What would cause that if that's the case?
VW Mechanic: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 10 months ago

thats in the main panel underhood, and a faulty connection would cause this, vw systems melt all the time especially the main panels

Ask Your Own VW Question
Customer reply replied 10 months ago
I've replaced the whole panel. I've got power running from that panel. Is there a fuse on fuse link between there and the fuse panel inside the car?
Customer reply replied 10 months ago
Certain things ain't getting no power.
VW Mechanic: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 10 months ago

so that power it goes into the 13 relay block and comes out to feed the rest of that and also powers the load reduction, im trying to find a pinout of the units so I can tell you what to check for power

Ask Your Own VW Question
Customer reply replied 10 months ago
What and where is the 13 relay? Under the dash?
VW Mechanic: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 10 months ago

its the block you replaced the relay in there should be 13 there

Ask Your Own VW Question
VW Mechanic: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 10 months ago

so I cant find a pinout of the relay block ill have to open this back up to the others for help if you would like, or i can continue helping you

Thanks for choosing Just Answer . I'm Wolfgang here to help!!

I am confident we can resolve your problem together. Please
understand that I don't know your skill level. In most cases when you have a problem
with the way the vehicle performs, specialized tooling is required to acquire computer
data/information or engine testing results. We didn’t build these complicated vehicles; we
just diagnose and fix them. Also understand that I can't see, smell, hear, or touch the
vehicle either, so it may take a few replies to get to satisfactory results. Note there may be an issue where the complexity of the issue will require a Premium Service. This service will be an addition to the normal question cost. Usually it does not come down to this but keep in mind!! I am also going to direct you with the fastest, easiest and most common things to check first. Please be
patient and permit me to do what I do best.
I also try to give all of the information you may need, expecting a “positive rating” in
return. I will also continue assisting you after you have rated me, if necessary. If there
is any reason I cannot get a positive rating, please let me know why “in advance”, so I
can go another direction for you. I am sorry you’re having this problem; I’ll help you
through it.
Below is my first answer or request for more information. If you do not understand it, or you need more information from me, or need me to go in more detail.

I do need a vin # to get the factory wiring diagram to assist!!

Thanks
