Customer Question

The passenger window decided to stop working. Ironically, I just got a new regulator in the drivers side last week.
JA: What is the model/year of your VW?
Customer: Sorry, 2009 Eos comfort
JA: Are you fixing your Eos yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I would love to fix it myself if I were capeable. I haven't tried much, it was late last night when I got home. I didn't want to get all worked up about it.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: That it hasn't ever given me problems before last night.
