Just so we are clear. the car doesn't start.
If I use starting fluid the car starts and runs but dies.
I hear the fuel pump under rear seat running.
I took off rubber hose on inlet to high pressure pump and turn the key on and plenty of fuel comes out of that hose.
I purchased and new High pressure pump and cam follower from VW dealership and installed and still wont run ?????
Ive Checked all fuses in car and under hood

Any Help ????

You need to check to see what the pressure from the rear pump is- you can have fuel, but unless it is at about 4 BAR pressure, it won't run, the high pressure pump can't bump it up enough if it doesn't have supply.

When you took the high pressure pump and cam follower out, how did the follower look?

Also, check under the rear seat to make sure you don't have a fuel pump module clipped to the access cover- they tend to burn out as well, you can usually sniff them and they smell like burning electrical if they are bad.
