Are you using a "generic" OBD scanner, or do you have a registered copy of VAG-COM? That fault is telling you to scan your second ECM for faults that are stored there.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I scan through a total of two fault code, respectively, p0171, p1923! P017 can be cleared, but p1923 is stored

Did you scan the second ECM? Will your scan tool connect to the ECMII?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Scanning is less than the second ecm!

I don't understand your last comment

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I don't scan the second ecm!undetectable second ecm

What kind of scan tool are you using? The second ECM should be communicating, since it is telling the first one it has a fault stored. If the second ECM were unresponsive, you would get a fault for missing communication.

I try in communication with you! Thank you very much

You need to be using a scan tool that will read that second ECM- a factory scan tool, or VAG-COM software from Ross-Tech with an appropriate connector to the OBD port. That second ECM is where the fault is stored.
