I lost my radiator fluid, and notice one my belts was

I lost my radiator fluid, and notice one my belts was missing. How do I repair and i need to take off the cover of the engine to see were the leak is coming from.
JA: Which belt is acting up? And when was it last changed?
Customer: Not he larger fan belt the smaller one?
JA: What is the model/year of your VW?
Customer: 2011 vw Jetta
JA: Are you fixing your Jetta yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, we would like to, need to locate the upper radiator hose connection? And replace smaller belt.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

yes,,i would think so..with the little belt off it couldnt turn the big bellt that turns the water pump,,so i would think so
