Second opinion] - I have a 2010 Passat that won't start, I think I may have a fuel pump problem. I am trying to locate my fuel pump fuse an dor the pump relay.
JA: How many miles are on the car? How old is the battery?
Customer: Battery is fine recently test and fully charged
JA: Are you fixing your Passat yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Looking for my fuel pump fuse or relay
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: The problem started when I incorrectly connected my jumper cables.

Could you give me the VIN of your Passat so I can look up build data specific to your vehicle? Also, take a look at the underhood fuse box, and tell me how many spaces there are for the regular blade fuses- about 27, or about 54? They ar numbered next to the locations.

Also, does the vehicle crank at all? Crank no start, or not even crank?
