Hi, I'm Ron and I will be helping you today.
Stand by for a moment while I prepare your answer.

Okay, we need to check to see what the codes are. You can get codes read for free at most parts stores, but that's all you get plus the parts they're going to try and sell you.

You can also attach a scan tool to get the codes and the appropriate data that follows the code as well as the freeze frame data too. this information can save you money by NOT replacing all the parts between the bumpers and still not getting the car fixed. Then you report everything to me and I tell you what to do next.

Thanks, Ron

Please understand that I don't know your skill level or tools you may have to assist us.
Also, I can't see, smell, hear or touch the vehicle either, so your patience is appreciated.
J A is a great Q/A site, but it does not replace a repair shop, so please don't shoot the
messenger if I have to give you bad news:)
