Hi im kevin this code indicates that there are no comms with steering coloumn control module and its likely that module has failed

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
how do I fix or reset the U0121 lost communication with anti-lock brake system control module which indicated confirm on my bosch screen. Thanks

U0121 is listed on my ststem as lost comms with steering coloumn module .the trouble your going to have is an obd scanner wont give you the full picture as it only communicates with engine system you need a vw scanner that can communicate with all modules to see if you have comms with steering coloumn unit
