Customer Question

Hey! Sorry about that - I'm currently having issues with both of the horns. I think I have narrowed the problem down to it being a relay, since I have checked the fuses and both of the horns - but I don't know where to get a diagram for the relays
JA: Have you located the fuse box? Have you checked the circuit?
Customer: I have checked the fuses - there are no blown fuses. I'm not sure how to check the relays that are above the fuses, though
JA: What is the model/year of your VW?
Customer: 2011 Jetta TDI
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: So far, I've checked all the fuses to make sure they were not blown, and have checked to see if the clockwork spring in the horn pad is sending a signal - I'm getting clicks from the fuse box when I hit the button with the car on, so that shouldn't be the problem. I also disconnected the horns and ran a jumper cable directly to them from the battery, and they work - so it's either the relays or a break in the wiring somewhere, I think
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Is there any other information that they typically need to differentiate my car from other TDIs/Jettas?
