Didn't realize this was over email; thought it was live chat. To add, I checked the fuses and all look good. Tried using a little WD40-type stuff (different formula safe for this use) to loosen up lock, but to no avail.

Is it only the driver door that doesn't open ???

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
all other doors work fine. No other door has a manual key lock either (don't know if that helps).

Sorry for the delay more then likely you have a faulty door latch actuator in that door causing that issue , try to hit the outer part of the door right under the door handle at the same time while your hitting the unlock button to see if the latch will unstick and release for you to be able to open the door . I hope this helps please don't forget to provide feedback for be help provided thank you
