I have a 2008 touareg Water has started collecting in both

Water has started collecting in both front footwells
Checked for plenum blockage and nothing obvious
Suspect aircon. We Live in Hong Kong so aircon is always on full
Water run into lower leg upon sharp turn

Also checked sunroof drainage. Again looks fine. Anyway, this problem is occurring on dry days too

you got problem with drain tubes , let me know i can send you the diagrams on how?

Condensation Water Hose with Valve, Checking - Remove footwell trim on front passenger side. Refer to ◊The condensation water hose - 1 - must be able to be connected to connection of heating and A/C unit - 2 - without pre-tension.

Zoom and Print Options

◊The condensation water hose must not be constricted in its cross section through the insulation mat.

- Rework insulation mat if necessary.

◊Condensation water hose must sit securely on connection for condensation water hose on heating and A/C unit.

- The valve is located in lower right of engine compartment below bulkhead.

◊For the purpose of a better illustration, the valve - 1 - is shown with subframe removed.

◊The condensation drainage valve may not be bonded by wax or underbody protection, it must close correctly.

- Check valve - 1 - from below when vehicle is raised.

have you had the a/c control module scanned for any codes ?

have the freon levels been checked ?

41k km is the mileageNo, nothing has been scanned or checked.Aircon does work well though.

have you cleaned these areas , i just sent you the diagrams with picture location to clean the drain tubes that is why water coming inside cab

If you have access to an air hose get from under the car to the evap drain tube and blow thru it , several times .
