Hello, I'm Brandon - VW tech.

The misfire after warmed up is due to bad ignition coil. The module actually get overheated. This is a common issue we faced in the shop. You have to replace the coils with a new set.

It is highly recommend to purchase the coil from the genuine VW part.

Aftermarket coil is not suggested.
