Also understand fixing cars often requires sophisticated tools, that you may not own. i do need your vin # ***** to get the factory wiring diagram.

ok where the relays is located the upper left corner has the horn relay does that relay click when the horn pad is pressed?
the next step with a volt meter disconnect the horn and check with both terminals one lead for each have someone press the horn pad and see if you have 12 volts at the connector.

the horn connector there is a tab to press to release the lock and then pull back
the relay is at the upper left corner of the relay box . under the drivers dash under the panel door
