What did they do in the service- do you mean just an oil change, or did you have timing belt replaced, fuel system cleaning, or anything else? Do you have a check engine light on? What color is the smoke- white, grey, bluish, black? Does it happen all the time, just under acceleration, just when started, etc?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
just an oil change. No engine light on, it seems it hesitates on acceleration and especially up hills under more power. The color of the smoke is I think black and it happens all the time now

When can I expect a response?

Have you checked the oil level? It sounds like they may have over filled it

It's OK, the system sends automatic reminders- just ignore them until you get the chance to get back to me.
