I have a 2002 volts waggen jetta sat all winter had a leak from the heater core fixed it now I have milky oil

Have you changed the oil, and then run it for a while to see if it returns? I would expect there to be a lot of condensation in the crankcase if it had been sitting for a while. Do you have thick foamy milkshake buildup on the underside of the oil cap?
