There is a fuse for the power wire in the OBD. How many fuses are located in your E-box under the hood? You will have either a High or Low E-box depending on the number of fuses
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
I have checked all the fuses and they are OK, I'm getting power on pin 16 and ground on pin 4
