At the very least, you have knocked the alignment out. At the most you have damaged the tie rod or possibly the control arm or hub assembly. I would jack the front end up and see if the front wheel is loose. If it is, then do not drive. if there is no looseness than it is safe to drive, but you will quickly wear out the front wheels due to alignment being out.
Cost in US dollars will range from about $60 for an alignment to $300-400 for a hub assembly or control arm and then re-aligned. Tie rod would be about $175 for tie rod and re-aligned
