2001 VW beetle. 2.0 AEG engine.

Resolved Question:

2001 VW beetle. 2.0 AEG engine. How to remove the last three oil pan bolts that are hidden by the flywheel. I understand VW tool 3185 may be required. Does this tool's socket at the end swivel or something for the bizarre angle to reach the bolts?

You can use a long 5mm Ball allen or you can use a 1/4 drive short 10mm socket with a swivel. There are four bolts between the back of the oil pan and the transmission.
