VerifiedI would think you may have a faulty axle. As you make the turn, it is putting more pressure on the joint and it may have some bad spots on the joint casing which the balls roll in. Make sure the ball joints and the axle nut are tighten and in the proper place.
grab the tire on the sides and move it front to back. Make sure the ball joint is in the proper position and all bolts are tight. I doubt a worn hub. You would feel that when jacked up and you would have a noise going straight ahead. The axle nut has to be torqued to like 250 foot pounds.
