So you want to install a fiberglass front end clip. Basically this requires an aftermarket fuel cell since the front end will no longer have the mountings for the stock fuel tank. You need to cut the old front end off the vehicle as well. You'll then probably want to install a drop front beam or have adjusters welded into your stock beam so you can lower it due to the fact that since there is now less weight up there it will sit higher. Then you'll need to weld the brackets and front end support to the front beam. If it's going to be street legal you will then have to find a way mount the headlights to the front end either by fiberglassing some kind of a bracket or bucket into the front end. There are straps called limiting straps if you want to do it the cheap way, they go on the struts and keep the suspension from going too far. If you google dune buggy limiting straps you'll find them. Other than that there are some really expensive full travel suspensions that have giant springs and can travel large amounts but they cost a few thousand dollars I believe.
