VerifiedGood Morning! my name is ***** ***** I’ll be helping you, so sorry to hear about the issues her on the Volvo. I’m sure dealing with having no sound at all has been very frustrating to deal with. You have all the symptoms of a faulty amplifier, since that is the component that is responsible for giving the speakers all power and ground. I’d recommend we start by checking that the fuse for this component hasn’t blown and the wiring isn’t too blame either, if both check out good we’ll be looking at getting that amplifier replaced I’m afraid.
