Hi, I have a similar situation. I have a 2010 XC 60 and the satellite radio is grayed out so i can't activate the Sirius radio. AM and FM work well. Who do I call. I have already emailed Volvo but they told me to call Sirius XM. Can you help?

I had the software updated by Volvo dealer

Your service gave advice to someone with a similar situation and spoke about a Bulletin the dealer has that explains how they can contact Sirius but I'm not sure how this bulletin works. Thanks
