Hello my name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you with all of your vehicle questions today. Give me one moment while I review your question and come back with a answer. Please be aware I do not know your skill level or abilities so I will be asking a lot of questions and in a lot of cases we will respond to each other quite a lot before we find a solution. As far as phone calls are concerned that is the system prompting you, not me, and they do cost more money, I prefer text but in some cases a phone call is required.

So you can go to any auto parts store and they will have a battery tester and key fob receiver that will tell you the fob is working or not, with both of these tools they should be able to figure out if your fob needs a battery or is broken

I changed battery just yesterday. I tried remote just 5 minutes ago and it was working for 10 times in a row lock and unlock. but then there is time when i can stand their pushing lock button 50 times and it does not lock, but at the same time if i press unlock i can hear the sound that it works (you know, even though if the car is unlocked). And other way around.
