Hello and welcome to Justanswer!

I'm assuming you removed the pump and applied power and ground to it to get it to run. If it will run that way but not when in the vehicle then it's missing power or ground for whatever reason. It could be a wiring issue, a blown fuse, the engine controller itself may not be awake.

Have you checked for spark?

Have you checked to see if it's power or ground that's missing?
