Is there another way you can describe the sound of the noise?

Does this occur at a certain speed?

Is the noise effected by coasting/accelerating, braking, swerving?

The noise seems to start at around 30 mph & continue but other noises start after 45 depending on roads I can't seem to tell after that
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
It is not a harsh noise-it sounds like a rotating device a rubbing

When travelling at 30mph is the noise effected by coasting/accelerating, braking, swerving?
