Hello, there seems to be an electrical issue where the dashboards, the alarm, the unlock, and starting the car causes issues

Hi Chris,
Yes I still need help, I put my key in the ignition and entire dashboard and electrical system shuts off. It seems like the dashboard is working before I put the key in the ignition. I'm assuming it is an electrical issue.

Do you own a volt meter?

If so an you tell me the battery voltage?

Then turn on the headlights and tell me the battery voltage?
