I have a 2002 s60 it just cut starts but does not move when

JA: Hello. What is your issue regarding?
Customer: i have a 2002 s60 it just cut starts but does not move when i shift gears
JA: How old is the transmission? Have you checked the brake switch?
Customer: thats th original transmision and i havent checked the brake switch
JA: Are you fixing your S60 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: it drinds when put in park grinds
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: i did a tune up not so long a go it has enough transmission fluids

no gears work not even revers im thinking it could be a torque converter

  • I doubt your converter is to blame with it grinding in park. That is more likely related to a broken axle shaft.

Hey i found out it was my axle it came out. I had just put an aftermarket axle after it came out put it back in but my transmission is in limp mode i believe

Actually need help because the transmission has two code p0748 and pO700

0700 means there are transmission codes stored, not repair or diag for this code.

0748 did your scan tool also list this code as TCM then some numbers?
