do you replace engine because of no acceleration and still same problem ?

Do you have a check engine light on at this time ?

Has a Diagnostic scan been performed to retrieve any fault codes from the vehicle?

have you checked throttle body ? sound like throttle body in limp mode

what is the mileage of the vehicle?

do you have scanner that can pull up tps sensor that we can see the voltage while applying gas?

Fuel pressure specs is 395 kpa that means 57 psi on the gauge ,are you getting that ?
