1992 VOLVO 940: NON TURBO..ALL SENSORS , FUEL PUMP ETC

I HAVE A 1992 VOLVO...
I HAVE A 1992 VOLVO 940 NON TURBO WITH REGINA SYSTEM. QUIT ON ME AFTER STARTING MONTHS AGO. REPLACED ALL SENSORS , FUEL PUMP ETC. ALL BUT COLD START INJECTOR. STILL NO START. NOW FOUND GAS IN CRANKCASE AGAIN. I GUESS OVER A QUART. QUESTION : WHY WOULD SO MUCH GAS END UP IN OIL. HAVE REPLACED GAS VALVE ON TOP OF ENGINE. WILL RUN WHEN USE STARTING FLUID THEN DIES. I SHOULD MENTION TIMING BELT LOOKS LIKE IS OFF MARK ON CAMSHAFT COVER ( ONE TOOTH?) WAS TOLD NOT CAUSE OF NO START. HOPE I HAVEN'T CONFUSED YOU. THANKS.

Hello, have you checked the fuel pressure regulator? If the diaphragm goes bad then you will basically be sucking raw fuel into the engine via a vaccuum line and it can get oil into the crankcase that way.

REPLACED FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR.I CALLED IT THE GAS VALVE.
