there is a pup noise when it changes like the a/c pump
any ideas??

Hello, and thank you for your question....

The fix, is relatively simple. It does involve a trip to the dealership. There is new software available for the climate units on these cars. What is required, is to install this new software, and recalibrate the system. This has fixed many many cars.

That has fixed a good many of these. very rarely will we replace the damper motor.

I would start with that and see how it goes.
