I have a DMC-fz2500 camera which I Bought in August of 2017.

I have a DMC-fz2500...

I have a DMC-fz2500 camera which I Bought in August of 2017. I love this camera, however I took it to a vacation in Spain last week, and was working fine, and suddenly it died. I thought it was the battery , but I have replacements and they are all fully charged. Still camera wont turn on.Please help or send me a contact of authorized repair person

No, Camera is dead like if there was no battery

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried removing and replacing the battery and/or SD card?

Yes, I even cleaned the the contacts with alcohol

Hi,

You have already mentioned trying the user fixes for this issue except trying to power up the camera with the memory card removed. If you try this and it works please let me know. If not, you can contact Panasonic using the information at the links below. Your camera is less than a year old and still covered by the warranty.
