D having problems connecting...

D having problems connecting my phone with the camera when I try pairing the phone with camera the phone picks up a new device which is the d 3400 Nikon camera but says the code is wrong and I don't even type the code how can I fix this so that my phone and camera pair

Yes its snap bridge

Technician's Assistant: If you are using a USB cable, are you using the one that came with your camera or an aftermarket one?

No cable

It once was paired. But it wasn't downloading my pictures it stopped. So I thought if I unpaired it things to work again but now I am having trouble on pairing back

Hi,

When you unpaired it, did you 'forget' the camera in your phone's Bluetooth settings?

If not unpair, forget and try pairing again, please.

I did that as well. Now on my camera it is saying my Bluetooth is saying it is unavailable in its current state.

Hi,

Try removing the battery from the camera for 10 seconds and replacing to reset the camera, and then try pairing again.

I'm fried thank u for trying but I need to go. Is it possible to get a refund or discount. I'm really frustrated with the camera & process.

Hi,

A refund is possible, but I've done a bit more research and it's Snapbridge that will turn the Bluetooth on, on the camera, so that's not the real issue. Try removing Snapbridge on your phone and forgetting the camera in its Bluetooth settings and then re-install Snapbridge and start the pairing again.
