quot;Harry" does not need to answer this questionI have 2 Annke Nova cams, downloaded the app, followed the pairing and connecting to wifi steps thoroughly. the last step where I enter the correct wifi password ***** push the credentials to the camera is failing on both cameras, which leading me to believe this is not a camera issue. Someone said i might need to enable the DHCP. What is that and how to do so?
could it be something else?

First, have you tried restarting the wifi router, in case a glitch with it is preventing the cameras from connecting correctly?

Sorry for the delay, my previous reply appears not to have gone through.

Can you log on to the router's settings and check if DHCP is enabled there?

Let me know the make and model number of the router if you have difficulty acccesing it.

I dont have a different router. However, around 25 different devices are connected with the current router, including 3 other cameras of a different brand.
I thought at first that the camera is defective so i bought the same exact camera on amazon and also had the same problem with connecting it, so i ended up returning it.
I am following the exact instructions but when it gets to connecting to wifi either through cable or through sound waves - which are not audible for some reason, despite volume being at max- nothing seems to work.

You may have exceeded the maximum number of connected devices for your current router. What make and model is it? Connecting to a different router successfully would help rule out a fault with the camera.
