They do not provide technical assistance although you are not clear on the pricing model so you need to call them and speak to them regarding pricing.

OK now I am confused, they told me the pricing model is five dollars until April 4. At which point it's either $28 a month for $46 a month depending on which person you talk to with your company. I'm not sure why I would pay a dime because I'm not received any answers back yet from your company.

I was sold on the five dollars introductory price. For that they told me I would get an answer, which I'm still waiting for. Because of my inconvenience and the fact that is has taking over an hour and a half they told me they're gonna call me withan answer which obviously has not happened yet.

This camcorder needs a long memory stick which isn't available, however, there is an alternate way

There is a Sony Adapter for Memory Stick available with the following supplier
