I'm trying to download pix from my Canon Powershot SX730 HS

Customer Question

Hello--I'm trying to download pix from my Canon Powershot SX730 HS to my computer. I've done this successfully in the past, downloaded the camera window software and connected the camera to the access point, etc. But now when I click on Camera Window on my computer, I get a message saying "cannot detect camera." When I try to reset the camera, it detects the computer and wireless network, but then it searches for along time and finally says "Device not Found"
I must be doing something wrong, but I don't know what. Help please
JA: Did you download all the necessary software to connect your camera to your computer (e.g. Canon EOS Utility)? Is your software the latest version?
Customer: I think so, because everything worked a few weeks ago when I wanted to import pictures from the camera to the computer. When I go on Canon Utiltiies to Camera Window to Wifi connecion set up, it says already set up.
JA: If you are using a USB cable, are you using the one that came with your camera or an aftermarket one?
Customer: I'm not using a usb cable; I'm doing this with a wireless connection.
JA: Anything else you want the Camera Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can't think of anything else
