I GOT THE PIXPRO FZ152 A FEW MONTHS AGO. NOW I CANNOT TAKE A PICTURE IT SAYS WRITE PROTECT. THE CARD IS OK BECAUSE IT WORKS IN ANOTHER KODAK CAMERA I HAVE. VERY DISAPPOINTED SINCE IT IS REALLY A NEW CAMERA

I TOOK THE CARD OUT AND MOVED IT UP AN DOWN AND IT IS IN THE DOWN POSITION SO IT SHOULD BE OK.

I SHOWED A FRIEND THE CAMERA AND HE SAID IT DOES NOT FEEL RGHT WHEN YOU PUT THE CARD IN. NOT CONNECTING. SOUNDS DEFECTIVE.

The problem appears to be a factory defect. It is quite possible that the micro-switch that senses the position of the "Write protect lever" on the card is defective. Fortunately, your camera has a full 1 year warranty. Please see the link below to access the warranty information.
