Hello, I own a Canon Rebel T6 and here is my problem: it started a couple days ago. When taking pictures, if my camera is zoomed out and on any setting, it will easily focus and take a picture, but when I try to zoom in even a little, on every setting, it's like the button to take a picture stops working. It will not focus and it won't take a picture. I haven't gotten water on it or dropped it or anything that would damage it so I'm not sure what's wrong. What can/should I do about this?

Technician's Assistant: Are there any flashing lights, symbols, or messages on your camera or display screen?

Nothing out of the ordinary, that i've noticed. And now I just turned it on and it will take a picture sometimes but will not focus at all unless its all the way zoomed out.

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried removing and replacing the battery and/or SD card?

Yes I have taken the battery out and recharged it but still the same thing. I haven't tried the SD card though.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Camera Expert to know before I connect you?
