Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far?

I haven't tried to do it yet, I can't find any instruction on how to do items settings have gotten changed so that the color isn't true, probably by user error

Power the camera On.

Press the button on the back that is at the upper right - the record and playback switching button.

Press MENU.

Press the button directly below MENU, twice, to scroll down the left column menu to the icon of a wrench (Setup/Settings).

Press the button to the right of MENU, to go to the right hand column.

Scroll down to below the current screen of that menu, and continue scrolling to the RESET option.

Press the button to the right of MENU to get into the reset menu.

Scroll to YES, then press MENU, to reset the camera's settings.

Wait a bit, and it should have worked.
