I have E-M10ii and...

I have E-M10ii and I have lost the preview function after taking a shot. Sometimes I like to check a photo before continuing.

Technician's Assistant: Who makes your camera?

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Olympus?

Read manual, looked on YouTube, watched many demos, read the menu in the camera. I have tried restoring settings to default but I cannot do it now. I have restored settings before and so got rid of problems I had created myself.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Camera Expert to know before I connect you?

I would like to restore settings. I don't know why I cannot do it now. I follow the instructions in the manual. I certainly would like to control the preview after taking a shot and look at the info as well. I don't know what I have done to lose this function.

Try a factory reset:

  1. Turn on your Olympus OM-D E-M10.
  2. Press [MENU] button.
  3. Select “Reset/Myset” in Shooting Menu 1.
  4. Highlight “Reset” and then press [>/ dial right] button.
  5. Select “Full” and press OK.
