"old" - I can't recall, at least 5 years old

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Lumix?

I know I had the charger, I just can't find it and rather than spending a week trying to find it, I thought I could buy a new one... I think I could probably charge it from my laptop via USB?

Hmmm, I don't find a Lumix A-550, but instead only see a Lumix DMC-FX550. Can you check that model number?
