My problem concerns my Kodak ESP C30 printer.

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your Kodak printer: wirelessly or by USB?

I bought a new computer a couple of days ago. It runs Wid

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

USB- I haven't. I think that's the problem. I don't know how to do that.
