I purchased a Canon...

I purchased a Canon PowerShot ELPH 360 HS (SL). Then went to http:www.canon.com/icpd/ and downloaded the software to connect my camera to my MacPro computer. The software is specifed for Windows. I have Windows for Mac. It will not work. How do I get a driver for Mac?

I have taken still pictures, video, etc. The camera works fine. My problem is connecting to my Wifi and the Mac.

please call between 10:00 am and 1:00pm EST Monday December 18th if possible. I tried the download three time (they are all ion the download folder) but the camera will not connect.

Did you run the downloaded file and install the program? It sounds like you just downloaded the program which is not enough.

Yes, you mentioned downloading the file which is not the same as installing it.

RUN the downloaded file.

FINALLY got the application. It took over 40 minutes to download. Now the camera says"Connected device: Macintosh" Then after a period of time says,"Connection failed".
