It is a canon g6 Richard, I have Parkinsons desease its hard to type this. the long fand short of it is that it was out side in hefy rain ofver night. It seems to have multiple Symptomns. I put it in a bag of uncooked rice withthe gattery and s card out.

Ive spent enough on it . so no thanks on the call. I had it Bagged for a couple of days took it out, put battery and card back ih. some of thefunctions work but no images omeup and thescreen is blank.

Can you remove the battery please then hold the shutter button down for 60 seconds then release.

Wait 5 minutes, put the battery back in and try to turn it on.
