I have a nikon D3200 I tried to download the latest firm ware

Technician's Assistant: How old is your D3200?

Four year old

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your D3200?

In insured the Memory card and read the instruction then I hit down load and all I got was a blue file folder and nothing inside I had my memory card instead and there was a file located in the memory card

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Camera Expert to know before I connect you?
