Hi Andy, I purchased...

Hi Andy, I purchased a 4k ProHT Sports Camera and each time I press record and walk to my green screen to shoot my presentation, the screen goes dark on the 4k. Is this a normal function of the camera and is it still recording when the screen goes dark? I'm alone and do not have a camera opporatot to tell me when the screen is dark. Question, is the camera still recording when screen goes dark even though I've pressed record? Thanks Andy for any help you can give. Willie

Just the one mode so far, I just bought it last night and am totally unfamiliar with it.

Yes, it is normal for the screen to go into energy saving mode after a short time.

You can view on an external HDMI monitor if you need to view the screen for any reason.
