I have an MX926 Canon printer which has suddenly come up

Customer Question

I have an MX926 Canon printer which has suddenly come up with the error code 1403. I must admit my ink was very low so I have changed all of them and it still comes up.
JA: Is your Canon printer displaying the error on all print jobs, even after you restart it?
Customer: I turned it off and then turning it back on and it is still displaying the error.
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: A few weeks ago. I can't even get into the Menu.
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No I don't think so.
