now all my pictures are...
I think my grandkids messed with a camera settingm anyway now all my pictures are way washed out, doesn't matter if I take outdoors or indoors all the pictures are very washed out.

Made no difference, it seems like when I push the button to take the picture it is delayed.

Can you put a different Memory card into the camera and tell me how that performs please

Go to

  1. Press MENU.
  2. Select the [Tools #3] tab.
  3. Select [Clear Settings].
  4. Select [Clear All Camera Settings].
  5. Select [Ok] to confirm.

Once done, tell me how it then operates please

When I press menu and go to tab 3 here are my options
Protect images
Rotate image
Erase images
Print order
Photo book setup
Creative filters
ResizeI have also moved through the other tabs and can’t see a clear settingsnoption

You are in the wrong place, you need to be when you are taking a photo, then press menu please
