I️HAVE A NEW OLYMPUS E-M10-III. I️HAVE THE OLYMPUS PHOTO SHARE APP ON MY IPHONE, AND HAVE FOLLOWED THE STEPS IN THEIR USER GUIDE. AM HAVING DIFFICULTY, HOWEVER, GETTING THIS TO WORK. CAN YOU HELP?

IT IS A BRAND NEW OLYMPUS E-M10 III

Technician's Assistant: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I️ I️ I️OPENED THE OLYMPUS PHOTO SHARE APP, AND ALSO TAPPED THE WI-FI ICON ON THE CAMERA. IT DOES TNOTHING.

The Olympus app on my phone & the Wi-Fi function on the camera don’t “talk” to each other, which prevents any photos fm transferring fm camera to phone. There’s no error message,

Try restarting both devices, then try pairing them again.
