I have a DSC-W800. charger will not recharge, can't get into

I have a DSC-W800. charger...
I have a DSC-W800. charger will not recharge , can't get into the menu to use any of the setting
Can't download pictures to try and print them. I have use the camera for taking pictures ,developing, sending them on. can't recharge
I think it need a check up / Can you do it and give me a estimate of cost. The camera is about 2 ys. old.

If the CHARGE lamp flashes or does not light, the terminal may be dirty or there may be a problem with the battery.
Wipe the battery terminals with a dry cloth, then try charging the battery again.

If the CHARGE lamp does not flash or light, then try using a replacement charger.
